2018 Exhibitor Registration Instructions

Please read these instructions before you begin the registration process.

1. To begin the registration process, first choose the appropriate exhibitor category:

Non-Member Exhibitor Registration: Most registrations fit within this category. You do not have to be a member to exhibit at Heartland Travel Showcase.

OTA (Ohio Travel Association) Member Exhibitor Registration: Please choose this option only if you have a business located in the state of Ohio AND you are a paid member of the Ohio Travel Association. 

2. Register as the Primary Exhibitor of Your Booth
This means you are responsible for entering information and payment for any additional persons in your booth. Gather the information needed if you are planning to share your booth with another company or with additional delegates from your own company.

3. Booth Share Registration (Optional)
This is optional. If you are interested in a booth share, select the booth share option in your registration. The primary exhibitor needs to complete the online registration with the full information for that 10 x 10 booth. You will also be responsible for payment of all registrant types in your 10 x 10 booth.

4. Add Additional Delegates from Your Company
Once you have begun the registration process, you have the option to add up to two additional delegates in your 10 x 10 booth by selecting the "Register Another Person" option at the bottom of the screen.

5. Register an Additional 10 x 10 Booth Space (Optional)
Please process an additional registration form if you  are interested in reserving an additional 10 x 10 space.
